Your records and your know-how, working as one system.
BH Tech builds and adapts reporting, workflows, custom systems and AI tool integration around what a company needs, on top of the tools it already uses. Underneath sits one shared foundation: the company’s records, joined with the operating knowledge that explains them.
Two foundations, combined into shared business intelligence.
Start with the two foundations below: the facts already in the company’s tools, and its know-how organized for AI. Follow the arrows up to see how they combine and what BH Tech builds on top.
How to read it: start with the two foundations at the bottom, then follow the arrows up. Select any box for a full-screen infographic and details.
Tells AI: how work is done here, who owns it, what terms mean and what matters most. Organized knowledge, not a retrained model.

What BH Tech builds
Connected builds. Shaped around your business.
BH Tech connects business records and company knowledge, builds tools around how work gets done, and helps people use them. Each client chooses the builds that fit; there is no fixed bundle or order.
Company records and operating knowledge form one shared foundation. Each company’s tools, rules, roles and priorities shape its industry-specific solutions; outputs are chosen by need. Best fit: companies where expert time is valuable, handoffs matter, knowledge is scattered, and leaders will take part in the setup.
These examples show where the foundation can be adapted. The company’s leaders and specialists help define its data, operating rules and chosen outputs.
Where Work Starts
Start With The Client’s First Useful Result.
Centralized Data And Reporting Are A Common Entry. The Client’s Need Decides What Comes First.
Choose one useful result, connect the records and operating knowledge it needs, and agree who will use it and how it will be checked. What we learn helps choose the next strongest revenue opportunity.
Records Hold The Facts. Knowledge Makes Them Useful.
Business records and operating knowledge form one foundation. The AI knowledge layer supplies company definitions, instructions, roles and rules; the records supply the facts. Together they support the outputs the client needs.
02Facts + Meaning + Action
Built Together
Facts And Knowledge. One Working Foundation.
Records say what happened. Company knowledge explains what it means and who acts next.

Chapter 03 · Departments
One foundation. The specialists each business needs.
BH Tech builds the systems directly and brings in specialist expertise where a client needs it. Services are selected to need, so no client is expected to take all of them.

Chapter 04 · How it connects
Each area adds to one shared picture.
Business development, conversion, billing and finance each add records and context to the same foundation, and each draws on it. Coaches bring expertise to the people who use it.

Coaching
Brings leadership and practice expertise to the people using the system. It is not a data feed.
Connections are built where agreed sources, permissions and definitions exist. How each one runs and updates depends on the agreed scope and its validation.
One pattern, different events
The pattern holds. The events change.
Stage names are illustrative. Each client’s model is defined with them, and many use only part of a path.
Connection scope
How connections are scoped.
Each connection follows client need, clear ownership and agreed validation.
PathClient-selected path
Clients use the areas they need, in the order that fits their business.
FocusCommercial and operational focus
The work complements existing clinical/EMR systems and focuses on commercial and operational workflows. Care and outcomes stay with the client’s clinical team.
InputsDistinct accounting inputs
Bookkeeping draws on its own inputs and qualified responsibility, separate from claims data.
IntegrationsAgreed, validated integrations
Each connection uses permitted sources and agreed definitions, and is tested before anyone relies on it.

Partnerships
How partners take part, and what’s still open.

Settled
Business development
Robert and Greg lead together. Other BD experts take part only as subcontractors they bring in. This rule applies to BD, not to every partnership.

Chapter 06 · Working together
Start with what helps first. Grow what proves useful.
Engagements begin from the client’s need, deliver a useful first result, then expand by agreement. Ongoing licensed access and scoped support keep the foundation working. New development is scoped separately.
06Need → result → expansion
The path
Need, first result, agreed expansion.
Each step is agreed with the client. Nothing is bundled in by default.
1Client need
Start from what the business needs to see or do. The team gathers the facts, Robert sets the overall scope, and the client approves.
2Useful first result
Often centralized data and reporting, but it might be a workflow, an intake or follow-up tool, or training. Whatever helps first.
3Agreed expansion
Then the work most likely to move revenue, such as BD systems or billing work, added only by agreement.
The ongoing relationship
Ongoing access, separately scoped development.
Two distinct parts, kept distinct. There is no unlimited-development promise and no fixed product catalog.
Ongoing
Licensed access & scoped support
Keeps the foundation, its context and the agreed support working as the business changes.
